Public Clips
Use a direct Clip link that remains publicly available. Deleted clips, login-dependent pages, or platform response changes can leave no usable media item.
Twitch Clip and VOD guide
DownloaderAI Desktop can attempt to Analyze an eligible public Clip or ended VOD link when it remains accessible and you have the right to save it. Live, removed, subscriber-only, and rights-limited pages have different outcomes.
No complete real-platform Twitch success path was revalidated for this UI release, and ongoing live-stream downloads are not supported. This web page only checks URL format and does not process or download videos.
Use a direct Clip link that remains publicly available. Deleted clips, login-dependent pages, or platform response changes can leave no usable media item.
An ended VOD may be analyzed while it remains public. Expiration, deletion, subscriber access, muted sections, music rules, and regional restrictions can affect the result.
Queue can track individually authorized Clip or VOD links. It is not a channel monitor and Archive must not be interpreted as continuous collection from Twitch channels.
Platform notes
DownloaderAI does not support downloading a stream while it is still in progress. A later replay may still fail if it is deleted, restricted, or unavailable.
Muted portions, music rights, subscriber-only viewing, login, advertisements, DRM, and regional controls are platform conditions the app does not bypass.
Archive organizes supported local workflow records. It does not continuously watch all Twitch channels or promise automatic capture of future broadcasts.
Before using the desktop app
Confirm whether the URL is a Clip, an ended VOD, or a currently live page before expecting an Analyze result.
Check that the item is still publicly accessible and that you are authorized to save it. Analyze can fail when metadata or access changes.
Add individually reviewed Clip or VOD tasks, then use History and Library to verify completed local artifacts.
Review separate-stream and page-type differences.
Compare audience permissions and owned-media backups.
Track individually selected tasks.
Inspect completed artifacts locally.

No. It does not bypass subscriptions, login, advertisements, DRM, CAPTCHA, or regional access controls.
No. Archive is a bounded local workflow feature, not a promise to monitor or automatically capture every channel or broadcast.
